报告人简介：

Massimiliano M. Pellegrini副教授现任职于意大利罗马第二大学，拥有终身教职，他是欧洲管理学会年会（EURAM）创业研究分会的前任主席。他的研究方向和发表主要集中在组织研究与创业领域。曾有 30 多篇文章发表在一流国际学术期刊，包括：J. of Business Ethics, J. of Managerial Psychology, Int. J. of Entrepreneurial Behaviours & Research, Business Process Management J., 和 European Business Review等。

报告内容：

The peer-review process in international journal is the common general standard to assure quality to the papers accepted and to make sure that they can really make a contribution to the field. However, the process is challenging and demanding especially first times that it is approaches. This interactive session provided insight from a successful paper published in Journal of Business Ethics (3 stars in ABS; IF 2017 2.917). Using the several successive versions of the paper (for each round of review) and the related response letters to the reviewers, the seminar shows how major potential issues have been dealt with and precise reply to convince the reviewers about the quality of the changes.
