五、主讲人简介
Professor of Duke International Development Center Organization, Sanford School of Public Policy, Duke University(1999-present).Mr. VanSant is also a management and organization specialist with 30 years’ experience as an executive manager and consultant to private firms, non-profit organizations, and government agencies in the U.S. and overseas. He has provided planning, management, and information support to development programs in Asia, Central Europe/NIS, Africa, and the Caribbean and served as the resident director of a national NGO development program in Indonesia. He has published more than20 articles and a book on development with emphasis on issues of strategic planning, change management, organizational performance, performance management, and development sustainability. In recent years he has focused on leadership and organizational renewal in public and private agencies. At RTI International from 1990 to 1999, Mr. VanSant directed a technical unit growing to 100 staff providing development services worldwide in decentralization, policy support, public finance and management, education, health, population, and environmental policy and management.
