Pankaj Gupta教授，德里大学教授，研究方向为数学规划、决策理论与方法等。已在《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics: Systems》、《European Journal of Operational Research》、《Fuzzy Sets and Systems》、《Information Sciences》、《Expert Systems with Applications》等国际刊物上发表论文多篇。同时，Pankaj Gupta教授也是《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《Information Sciences》、《 Optimization Letters》等国际刊物的副主编。
